Business activities with environmental considerations
We proceed with the effective use of limited resources through business activities.
Revitalization of used real estate
Our business model is to actively utilize pre-owned properties. In comparison with the construction of new properties, our approach helps conserve resources while reducing industrial waste and CO2 emissions. It therefore has lower environmental impacts.
We will continue creating new value for pre-owned properties in an effort to build a sustainable society.
Acquisition of environmental certification
The Building-Housing Energy-efficiency Labeling System (BELS) is a system in which a third-party organization evaluates and certifies the energy-saving performance of buildings. This evaluation aims to contribute to building a sustainable society by providing an at-a-glance view of a building's energy efficiency. In addition, BELS-certified buildings are proven to have high energy efficiency. They are expected to reduce the impact on the environment and operating costs.
